这是给老公做的生日蛋糕!!! 而且老公还要求每年都要同一个蛋糕。。
Ingredient A:
1/2tbsp agar-agar powder
90g sugar, 400ml water
2pcs pandan leaves, knotted
100ml thick coconut milk
1/4tsp, a little red, yellow, green food colouring
Ingredient B:
1/2tbsp agar-agar powder
90g sugar, 400ml water
2pcs pandan leaves knotted
75ml thick coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt, a little green food colouring
1 tin mixed fruit cocktail, drained
1 pc sponge cake
Method:
1. Mix A and bring to boil till agar-agr dissolved. Divide into 3 parts and add red, yellow, green to get 3 colours. Leave to set.
2. Use shape cutter (star or heart shape, or any shape you like) to cut out all the set agar agar. line up in a 22cm round tin (i use the heart shape mould)
3. Mix B and bring to boil till agar-agr dissolved. Scoop 1/3 portion of the clear agar-agar mixture to cover all the stars or hearts and leaves to 3/4 set. Sprinkle mixed fruit cocktail on top.
4. Add thick coconut milk, salt, grren coloring to the remaining 2/3 clear mixture and pour over the mixed fruits cocktails. Cover with sponge cake and leave to set.
5. Chill in the fridge before serving
